The conditions of the rental

The Villa Marine of 250m2 is designed for 12 people:

3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and wc.

1 dormitory, 1 bathroom and toilet.

The villa can be rented by the week during school periods.

It is possible to rent for a short period (e.g. weekends) outside the school holidays. To do this, you need to make a request by e-mail.

Arrival and departure conditions

Arrival at 5pm, departure at 10am

Arrival and departure are autonomous with a secured key box.

Departure: the tenants must leave the place a minimum of tidy, wash the dishes and empty the dishwasher, empty the garbage, clean the plancha and the fireplace.

 

Payment

A rental contract is sent to you by email.

For each confirmed reservation, a deposit of 25% corresponding to the amount of the rent must be paid by the customer within a maximum of 5 working days.

The balance of the rental as well as the deposit of 1 500€ (not cashed) must be paid 2 months before the date of the rental.

 

Conditions of cancellation

2 months before the start of the rental period, 50% of the deposit is refunded

1 month before the date of arrival, the totality of the deposit will be kept.

In today's COVID 19 environment, our cleaning team makes it a point to ensure your health safety.

We ask the tenants to respect the calm of the place. Pets are not allowed. The place is non-smoking.
