Villa Marine, 250 m², is designed for 12 people:

• 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and toilets.
• 1 dormitory, 1 bathroom, and toilet.

The villa is rented by the week during school holiday periods.

Outside of school holidays, it is possible to rent for short stays (e.g., weekends). For this, you must make a request by email.

Arrival and Departure Conditions

Arrival at 5:00 PM, departure at 10:00 AM

Arrival and departure are autonomous with a secure key box.

Departure: Tenants must leave the place tidy, do the dishes and empty the dishwasher, take out the trash, and clean the plancha and fireplace.

Payment

A rental agreement will be sent to you by email.

For each confirmed booking, a deposit of 25% of the rental amount must be paid by the customer within a maximum of 5 working days.

The balance of the rental and the €1,500 security deposit (not cashed) must be paid 2 months before the rental date.

Cancellation Conditions

2 months before the rental start date, 50% of the deposit is refunded.

1 month before, the entire deposit will be retained.

We ask tenants to respect the tranquility of the place. Pets are not allowed. The property is non-smoking.

The owner is not liable in case of accidents.
